02 Quotes and Orders

Quotes are valid for the period stated on the quotation unless otherwise specified.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Rengel Printing Co.

Prices are based upon the specifications provided at the time of quotation. Changes to quantities, materials, artwork, finishing, shipping requirements, or project scope may result in revised pricing.

Production will not begin until:

• Artwork has been approved.
• All required files and information have been received.
• Payment or credit approval has been completed when required.

Estimated production and delivery dates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly agreed to in writing.

03 Artwork Approval

Customers are solely responsible for carefully reviewing and approving all digital or printed proofs before production begins.

Rengel Printing Co. is not responsible for errors contained in customer-approved proofs, including but not limited to:

• Spelling
• Grammar
• Punctuation
• Layout
• Image placement
• Colors approved by the customer
• Phone numbers
• Email addresses
• Website addresses
• Mailing addresses
• Barcodes or QR codes
• Customer-supplied artwork or data

Approval of a proof constitutes authorization to print exactly as approved.

04 Color Variations

Because of differences in printing presses, inks, substrates, coatings, finishing methods, monitors, mobile devices, and viewing conditions, slight color variations may occur between proofs, previous print runs, and finished products.

Such variations are considered normal and acceptable within commercial printing industry standards and shall not constitute grounds for rejection or reprint.

05 Customer-Supplied Files

Customers are responsible for supplying print-ready artwork unless design services have been purchased.

Rengel Printing Co. is not responsible for issues resulting from customer-supplied files, including:

• Low-resolution images
• Missing fonts
• Incorrect bleeds or margins
• RGB color files submitted for CMYK printing
• Transparency issues
• Improper file setup

Additional prepress or file correction charges may apply if modifications are required.

06 Payment

Payment terms are established at the time of order.

Unless credit terms have been approved, payment may be required before production begins.

Late payments may incur interest, collection costs, or other fees as permitted by applicable law.

Orders remain the property of Rengel Printing Co. until paid in full where permitted by law.

07 Shipping and Delivery

Shipping dates are estimates and are dependent upon production schedules and carrier performance.

Once an order has been delivered to the shipping carrier, Rengel Printing Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, carrier disruptions, incorrect shipping information provided by the customer, or other events beyond our reasonable control.

Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise required by law.

08 Cancellations

Orders that have entered production cannot be canceled.

If cancellation is approved before production begins, charges may apply for design, prepress, setup, materials ordered, or other work already completed.

Custom printed products are generally non-returnable except in the event of a verified manufacturing defect or printing error caused by Rengel Printing Co.

09 Intellectual Property

All content appearing on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, designs, and other materials, is the property of Rengel Printing Co. or its licensors unless otherwise noted.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

Customers represent that they own or have permission to reproduce all artwork, trademarks, logos, copyrights, and other materials submitted for printing and agree to indemnify Rengel Printing Co. against any claims arising from the use of such materials.

10 SMS Terms of Service

• Order updates

• Customer support
